How the Reservation Process Works

  1. Contact us first to confirm that your event date is available.

  2. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll place a 24-hour hold on your date to allow you time to review details and submit your reservation online. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your party.

  3. After we receive your reservation and retainer, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours with the next steps in the planning process.
