Agreement to Terms & Policies
By submitting a reservation and booking services with Crafts & Confetti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, organized, and enjoyable crafting experience for all parties involved.
Your reservation serves as your formal acceptance of these terms. Services will not be confirmed or rendered without this agreement in place.

Availability
Availability must be confirmed prior to submitting a reservation. Once confirmed, your requested date will be held for 24 hours to allow time to complete the reservation form and submit the required retainer.
Creative Process
After booking, we will request a theme or inspiration reference (such as an invitation, color palette, or party theme). Based on this inspiration, we will curate the craft activities, materials, and table setup using our signature Crafts & Confetti style.
Retainer
A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $175 is required to reserve your event date. Retainers secure your date and will be applied toward your total balance.
Final Payment
Invoices are typically sent prior to your event. Final payment is due within 24 hours of invoice delivery. Events may be cancelled if payment is not received on time. All payments remain non-refundable.
Payment Options
Zelle (Preferred): Clients who pay their final balance via Zelle will receive a 2.5% discount.
Credit or Debit Card via Square
Credit Card Payment Policy
For clients choosing to pay by credit or debit card:
The card must be in the name of the person who reserved the party
We must view the front and back of the card prior to the event
A signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required
A Completion of Services Acknowledgment Form must be signed prior to setup
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All payments are non-refundable. If you must cancel your event for any reason, no refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to accommodate one reschedule if at least seven (7) days’ notice is provided, subject to availability.
Guest Supervision & Safety
Crafts & Confetti provides guided instruction during the crafting experience. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or designated adult at all times.
Pets
All pets must be removed from the crafting area prior to our arrival.
Final Guest Count
Final headcounts are due 10 days prior to your event. This allows adequate time to prepare materials and staffing.
Travel & Delivery Fees
0–25 miles from ZIP 77373: $75
26–40 miles from ZIP 77373: $85
41–50 miles from ZIP 77373: $95
51–55 miles: Please inquire
Mileage is calculated using Apple Maps. When multiple routes are shown, an average distance will be used.
